Cybereason is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team in Tokyo. You will work closely with customers to implement and optimize Cybereason's cybersecurity solutions, translating complex security concepts into practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through product deployment, configuration, and integration with existing security stacks.
Tune detections, respond to security events, and help improve customers' security posture.
Deliver technical guidance, workshops, and training to customers and partners.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and professional services to ensure successful deployments.
Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and field experiences.

Required Qualifications

Strong background in cybersecurity and endpoint protection (EDR) concepts.
Experience in a customer-facing or technical consulting role.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience deploying security solutions in enterprise environments (Windows/Linux, cloud, and on-premise).
