Technical Account Manager - France
We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Account Manager to support our French customers in achieving maximum value from Cybereason solutions. This on-site role is based in France and reports to the Customer Success/Account Management team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Cybereason's French customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value realization.
- Onboard new customers, drive adoption, and coordinate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services to resolve issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to secure renewals and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate account plans, track success metrics, and document customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical account management, customer success, or related field, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to explain complex security concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
