Sales Operation SpecialistCandidates must be based in Japan and possess native-level Japanese and fluent English.

Overview
Sales Operation Specialist is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales team, deal desk, and finance team in managing a daily quote-to-cash process to maximize the company’s bookings and revenue

• Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

• Work with sales team to keep Salesforce data up to date, and drive data hygiene management in Salesforce.com

• Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to Salesforce.com best practices

• Act as the liaison between our users and global Salesforce.com admin team

• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

• Contribute to maintaining business-critical processes including but not limited to: Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining daily user experiences

• Review quotes and order forms from distributors for accuracy and completeness to route for the bookings process

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by sales or sales operations leadership

What we look for

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests

• Knowledge and experience in quote-to-cash order management process

• Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams and helping solve their challenges

• Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from true business needs

• Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team player

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

• Applicants must reside in Japan and have legal permission to work in Japan

• ユーザーアカウント管理、レポート・ダッシュボード作成、ワークフロー対応などの基本的な管理業務

• 営業チームと協働し、Salesforce データの最新化とデータ品質管理を推進

• ビジネスステークホルダーと協力し、CRM要件を定義し、Salesforce.com のベストプラクティスに基づいて運用ニーズを実現

• ユーザーとグローバルSalesforce管理チームの橋渡し役として機能

• ユーザー部門と独立して協働し、開発要件の定義およびドキュメンテーションを実施

• 主要ビジネスプロセス（リード・アカウントアサイン、テリトリーマネジメント、製品・価格表、CPQ、レポート・ダッシュボード、データ整合性管理など）の維持および最適化

• 販売代理店からの見積書・注文書を確認し、正確性・完全性をチェックした上でブッキングプロセスへ回付

• 営業部門や営業オペレーションリーダーからの随時依頼対応

• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）

• 締切遵守能力および複数タスクの優先順位付けスキル

• Quote-to-Cash プロセスに関する知識・実務経験

• Go-To-Marketチームとの協業経験および課題解決力

• 多様な情報源から本質的なビジネスニーズを抽出・分析できる力

• 自立して働けるセルフスターターであり、チームプレーヤーでもあること

• Microsoft Excel（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル）スキル

• 日本在住であり、日本での就労資格を有していること
