Cybereason is seeking an OS Internals Team Lead in Tel Aviv to lead and grow a focused OS internals team. In this role you will architect, develop, and optimize operating system level components, collaborate with security research, and drive the team's technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the OS Internals team
- Architect, design, and implement OS-level features and tooling
- Collaborate with security research and product teams
- Drive code reviews, testing, and release processes
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance system software
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth
Requirements
- Strong experience in operating system internals and system programming
- Proficiency in C and C++
- In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel, memory management, concurrency
- Security-focused development and vulnerability analysis
- Proven leadership/mentoring experience
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
