Agent QA architect

Job Overview

Cybereason is seeking a Senior Agent QA Architect to join our engineering team in Tel Aviv. In this senior role, you will define and drive QA strategy, build scalable automation, and collaborate with product and security teams to ensure high-quality software products across Cybereason's portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the QA architecture and testing strategy for Cybereason products.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and robust CI/CD integration.
• Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria aligned with product goals.
• Lead performance, security, and reliability testing to ensure product resilience.
• Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, review test plans, and drive best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA/quality assurance, with hands-on experience building QA architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python/Javascript, CI/CD pipelines).
• Proficiency in designing test plans, automation strategies, and tooling to support rapid, secure, and scalable software delivery.
• Experience with security testing, performance testing, and risk assessment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
