  • Plan, write, and improve defensive security labs and learning content for Immersive One.
  • Produce multi-format content with practical exercises, questions, and gamification.
  • Test Blue Team labs and ranges to ensure they function as expected.
  • Research latest crises and incidents to deliver crisis simulation content.
  • Compile technical research into concise content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product team on new projects and deployment of innovations.

  • Several years in defensive security, esp. Incident Response or tabletop exercises.
  • Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and its enterprise use.
  • Strong understanding of networking, computing and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for realistic simulations.
  • Problem solver with a tinkerer mindset and willingness to prototype.
