📋 Description

• Partner with customers to achieve business and cybersecurity outcomes.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience programmatically.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews to C-level execs and major lines of business.
• Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend improvements and new programs.
• Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to voice customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in information security or consulting, plus customer success experience.
• Client-facing experience with C-level execs and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software dev).
• Knowledge of information security concepts, standards, and compliance; clear communicator.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux, IDS, firewalls, SIEM, and cloud environments.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences across levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science desirable.
