  • Sit at the intersection of CX Ops, IT, Security, and Engineering.
  • Administer CX tooling and adjacent apps with documented procedures.
  • Own intake/triage for Site Ops requests via Jira; coordinate on-call.
  • Implement end-to-end agentic workflows for routine CX issues.
  • Maintain user lifecycle, Okta hygiene, and auditable change logs.
  • Monitor operational health and telemetry to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on CX platform administration (Zendesk/SunCo) β€” Required.
  • Experience in prod-grade support with high availability β€” Required.
  • Proficiency with Jira; cross-functional collaboration (IT, CX, Eng, Security) β€” Required.
  • Ownership of user lifecycle and access governance; strong runbooks β€” Required.
  • Experience with AWS Connect or similar cloud contact centers β€” Preferred.
  • Experience building/implementing agentic workflows β€” Preferred.
