  • Being the main contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone
  • Answering questions via Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews)
  • Handle priority situations with high care; contact users and stores proactively
  • Help build processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles using Too Good To Go
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all customer communications
  • Communicate customer needs to internal teams locally and globally

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Based in Toronto; available Saturday to Wednesday
  • A first-class, inspiring communicator
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP
  • Experience in marketplaces or food industry is a bonus
