- Being the main contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone
- Answering questions via Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews)
- Handle priority situations with high care; contact users and stores proactively
- Help build processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles using Too Good To Go
- Act as a brand ambassador in all customer communications
- Communicate customer needs to internal teams locally and globally
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Based in Toronto; available Saturday to Wednesday
- A first-class, inspiring communicator
- Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP
- Experience in marketplaces or food industry is a bonus
