  • Fluent in French, Italian and English (written and spoken).

  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
  • Team player who builds relationships and resolves conflicts.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
