  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Bilingual Spanish & English and/or French & English
  • Based in Toronto; available to work Saturday through Wednesday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
  • Team player; detail-oriented; able to resolve conflicts
