- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Bilingual Spanish & English and/or French & English
- Based in Toronto; available to work Saturday through Wednesday
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
- Team player; detail-oriented; able to resolve conflicts
