- Knowledge with CRMs (Zendesk, Darwin, Salesforce) and Analytics tools (Tableau, Metabase).
- Excellent grammar and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
- 1 to 2 years of CX, multi-channel, and written customer support.
