📋 Description

  • Research Participant Panel Management: Build and maintain a large, consented panel across product areas.
  • Recruitment Pipeline: Design and operate recruitment with granular segmentation.
  • Panel Health: Track engagement, coverage, profile completeness, and consent freshness.
  • Session Coordination: Schedule interviews, usability tests, and large-scale panels.
  • Incentives & Logistics: Manage incentive lifecycle and related logistics.
  • Tooling & Data Governance: Administer systems and ensure data governance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Admin, Information Management).
  • 3+ years in research operations or programme coordination.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative market, customer, or UX research.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing customer interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
  • Experience building and maintaining participant or customer panels.
  • NDPR/GDPR knowledge and consent management.
  • Familiarity with fintech or regulated consumer products preferred.
  • PM/PRINCE2 and privacy certifications preferred.
