📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Operational experience in contact centers, outbound preferred.
  • CCaaS platforms: Genesys, Five9, Alvaria, TCN or similar.
  • AI/ML awareness: applying AI to outbound ops (outcome prediction, coaching).
  • Solution architecture: scalable outbound solutions integrating with CRM and analytics.
