  • Headcount Capacity Planning: Develop and own headcount models across the CX department.
  • Utilization & Growth Modeling: Forecast resource needs with growth targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in BI/data analytics with headcount modeling.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Salesforce Reporting; Looker and Snowflake SQL.
  • Tableau or Gainsight experience beneficial.
  • Analytically driven with automation mindset.
  • AI tooling experience: Gemini, Claude, OpenAI.
  • Strong collaboration and executive-level storytelling.
