📋 Description

• Analyze learning needs and objectives to design effective experiences.
• Create engaging, accessible multimedia content and courses.
• Apply adult learning principles for learner-centric training.
• Use the LMS (Docebo) to track progress and automate reports.
• Collaborate with SMEs, content developers, and IT on initiatives.
• Oversee LMS management and keep course content current.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or related field.
• 5+ years building training, multimedia, instructional design, and LMS admin (SaaS).
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Camtasia; LMS experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ID models.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
