- Project management: Notion, Asana; strong documentation and CRM familiarity.
- Clear written and verbal English; able to document technical concepts; collaborate with SMEs; AI-enabled improvements; adaptable training content.
- Nice to have: content design, APIs, SEO/GEO, nonprofit/SaaS, adult learning theory.
