  • Support onboarding and ongoing training plans for CX roles.
  • Create, update, and maintain process docs and resources for CX.
  • Identify gaps in educational materials and recommend updates.
  • Review data and workflows to identify training opportunities.

  • Contribute to customer education, including eLearning videos, knowledge base, in-app experiences, and interactive training.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in instructional design/technical writing/e-learning with portfolio.
  • Help Center: ZenDesk Guide; eLearning: Thinkific, LearnUpon, Genially, Zoom Webinar.
  • Video editing: Camtasia/Descript; In-App Experience tools: Chameleon, Pendo, ChurnZero.
  • Project management: Notion, Asana; strong documentation and CRM familiarity.
  • Clear written and verbal English; able to document technical concepts; collaborate with SMEs; AI-enabled improvements; adaptable training content.
  • Nice to have: content design, APIs, SEO/GEO, nonprofit/SaaS, adult learning theory.
