- Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community
🎯 Requirements
- Director/VP or equivalent with 20+ years in tech CS/CE leadership.
- Experience coaching individuals; coaching certification a plus.
- High emotional intelligence; safe space for vulnerability.
- Growth mindset; eager to expand coaching skills.
- Comfortable in a startup; remote; based in North America or Europe.
- Must complete Mento's ICF-certified training before coaching and commit to 12+ hours/mo for 24+ months.
