🎯 Requirements

- Understand AI failure modes: hallucination, drift, guardrails, misclassification.
- Proficient with Zendesk Explore/Looker/Tableau; comfortable writing queries.
- Experience with Zendesk or CX platforms and AI tools (Zendesk AI, Decagon).
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries with AI compliance.
- Strong documentation; analytical and detail-oriented.
