Install, qualify, maintain, and improve high-throughput PECVD for HJT solar cells
Drive equipment reliability and uptime for very large-volume production
Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity and reduce variation
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance, spare parts programs, and tool matching
Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues (vacuum, RF, gas, temp, automation)
Evaluate and select next-generation PECVD tools to support 1GW+ per tool

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM
2+ years owning/maintaining CVD/PECVD equipment in high-volume manufacturing
Experience handling flammable, toxic, hazardous chemicals safely
5+ years CVD/PECVD experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferred)
Deep knowledge of PECVD tool architecture and subsystems (preferred)
ITAR: eligible to work under US export regulations
