  • Install, qualify, maintain, and improve high-throughput PECVD for HJT solar cells
  • Drive equipment reliability and uptime for very large-volume production
  • Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity and reduce variation
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance, spare parts programs, and tool matching
  • Lead root cause analysis on equipment issues (vacuum, RF, gas, temp, automation)
  • Evaluate and select next-generation PECVD tools to support 1GW+ per tool

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, materials science, or STEM
  • 2+ years owning/maintaining CVD/PECVD equipment in high-volume manufacturing
  • Experience handling flammable, toxic, hazardous chemicals safely
  • 5+ years CVD/PECVD experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of PECVD tool architecture and subsystems (preferred)
  • ITAR: eligible to work under US export regulations
