Lead cutover planning, runbooks, timelines, dependencies
Coordinate all go-live activities and readiness assessments
Manage command center during go-live and stabilization
Oversee data conversion lifecycle: mapping, extraction, validation, reconciliation
Partner with Tapestry teams for payer system configuration and migration
Define go/no-go criteria and ensure readiness checkpoints

🎯 Requirements

5+ years PM experience in healthcare IT
3+ years with Epic Tapestry (payer platform)
Proven cutover and/or data conversion experience for large systems
Strong understanding of payer operations (claims, enrollment, billing, benefits)
Experience with mock conversions, go-live planning, and command center ops
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
