Job Description
Customer.io is seeking a results-driven leader for Partner Sales, Strategic Alliances, and Partner Marketing to grow our revenue through a thriving partner ecosystem. In this role you will identify, recruit, and enable strategic technology and service partners, drive joint go-to-market motions, and manage programs that accelerate partner-led deals across the Americas.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a scalable partner strategy and roadmap for the Americas region, focusing on technology partners, systems integrators, and marketing agencies.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners; build strong, measurable partner relationships that contribute to revenue.
- Drive joint go-to-market motions, co-selling with the sales team, and create compelling joint value propositions.
- Build and manage a partner pipeline, forecast partner-led revenue, and track performance against targets.
- Design and manage partner marketing programs (webinars, content, events, co-branded campaigns) to generate demand and accelerate cycles.
- Provide enablement resources, training, and materials to partners; maintain a partner portal and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure smooth contracting, pricing, and compliance in partner engagements.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to inform strategy and roadmaps.
What we look for
- 5+ years in partner sales, strategic alliances, or partner marketing in SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of building and driving revenue through partner ecosystems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools; data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed team.
