What you'll do

Who you are
- 5+ years in software engineering with people leadership experience; proven track record managing remote teams.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SaaS products and modern tech stacks; a passion for customer success.
- Ability to balance shipping features with long-term architecture and reliability.
