Customer Trainer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SMEs to design instructor-led trainings aligned with Cresta products.
• Lead group training sessions for customers on products, features, and best practices.
• Maintain and update the live training curriculum with product changes and learner feedback.
• Create and maintain eLearning content using Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Record instructional videos and product demos to enhance training materials.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires and assist with docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training/education.
• Experience in the contact center industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a trainer or educator.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work remotely.
