- High school diploma; Technical or junior college a plus
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Zendesk a plus)
- Nice to have: 1 year tech environment experience
- Nice to have: experience using iOS/Android devices
- Nice to have: weekend availability
