📋 Description

• Enable customers and internal teams by removing technical barriers.
• Provide technical enablement and early feature knowledge for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, PS and Product to solve customer problems.
• Translate requests into actionable info for Product and Engineering.
• Lead engaging training to accelerate value for LogicMonitor customers.
• Support customers in best-practice use within their environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in a similar technical role.
• Extensive IT infrastructure or software development experience.
• Experience in virtualization or cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of systems, data flows, and API-based solutions.
• Excellent English communication and strong technical writing.
