- 1+ years in a customer-facing role solving software/SaaS issues
- Experience with AI tools/projects and eager to learn
- Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, able to explain tech simply
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with KPIs
- Flexible shifts: occasional 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
