  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role solving software/SaaS issues
  • Experience with AI tools/projects and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, able to explain tech simply
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with KPIs
  • Flexible shifts: occasional 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
