📋 Description

  • Manage and maintain sales orders in Dynamics 365 with data accuracy
  • Perform order edits: quantity, pricing, freight, and shipping changes
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and warehouse for timely release
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions such as inventory or pricing issues
  • Monitor orders on hold and release when appropriate
  • Maintain documentation of order changes and processing steps

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or customer operations
  • Strong ERP experience, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration with teams and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proactive problem solver with analytical mindset
