- Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Weekend availability (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Proactive with AI tools/workflows; eager to learn
- Excellent communication; able to explain tech in simple terms
- Authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions
