  • Weekend availability (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proactive with AI tools/workflows; eager to learn
  • Excellent communication; able to explain tech in simple terms
  • Authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions
