  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
  • Able to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu shifts)
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role, troubleshooting SaaS/software
  • Experience with AI tools/workflows; eager to learn
  • Excellent communication; clear, empathetic explanations
  • Authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
