  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year in customer-facing role, ideally troubleshooting SaaS issues
  • AI experience in work or projects; eager to learn and explore AI tools
  • Excellent communication, clear and empathetic; able to explain technical concepts
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment
  • Willing to work varied shifts; authorized to work in Ireland
