  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably SaaS troubleshooting
  • Experience with AI in work or personal projects; eager to learn
  • Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, able to explain technical concepts
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced env with KPIs
  • Flexible shifts (occasional 8โ€“4 or 10โ€“6 alongside 9โ€“5)
