- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably SaaS troubleshooting
- Experience with AI in work or personal projects; eager to learn
- Excellent communication: clear, empathetic, able to explain technical concepts
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced env with KPIs
- Flexible shifts (occasional 8โ4 or 10โ6 alongside 9โ5)
