- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in tech or logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication across diverse personalities
- Able to quickly solve and troubleshoot problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Able to receive and implement feedback to improve support quality
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
