- 2+ years customer service experience, ideally with a tech or logistics company.
- Strong written and verbal communication; connect with diverse personalities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
