- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in tech/logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication with diverse personalities
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Able to receive and apply feedback to improve support quality
- Proactive; able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity
- Able to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
