- Experience with live chat/support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving; stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex software clearly.
- Comfortable learning and adopting modern customer enablement, AI, and support tools.
- English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
