  • Troubleshoot customer issues; escalate when appropriate; follow up on tickets.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1โ€“2 years of customer service via phone and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems and tools.
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-changing environment.
