🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English plus Danish or German.
  • Love providing high-touch customer support via live chat, email and phone.
  • Persistent and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Explain complex problems in simple terms.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Tech-savvy, resilient and curious.
  • Experience with support tools like Freshworks, Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, fintech, or SaaS products.
