📋 Description

  • Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom)
  • Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing role (SaaS a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
