🎯 Requirements
- Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing role (SaaS a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
