- 4+ years of experience in customer support, ideally SaaS or tech-driven.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) and fluent in Spanish.
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or similar tools (inbox, workflows, tags, macros, reporting).
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping others.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with engineers to investigate bugs and fixes.
- Strong communication, autonomy, and organization.
