🎯 Requirements

  • Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Spanish.
  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with engineers to investigate bugs.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and independent; able to work autonomously.
