📋 Description

  • Manage inbound calls to assist in lease/loan processing.
  • Own Koalafi knowledge to answer merchant questions.
  • Ensure merchant confidence with excellent service during financing.
  • Foster relationships with stores; make outbound calls when needed.
  • Conduct back-office funding and report generation.
  • Be flexible to handle varied tasks as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a call center required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, in-person or from home.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic environment experience with strong prioritization.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.
  • Location: regular in-person attendance at Richmond, VA office; commute required.
