π― Requirements
- 3+ years as a Phone Support Agent, including 2+ years in technical or product support
- Remote experience preferred but not required
- Warm, friendly tone and ability to build trust with users
- Empathetic and able to resolve user concerns
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with help desk software and remote tools (Intercom, Slack, Notion)
