  • Respond promptly to inbound user inquiries via phone.
  • Use screenshare to support users as needed.
  • Guide users through key features and workflows; act as product specialist.
  • Troubleshoot issues by testing scenarios and escalating as needed.
  • Collect feedback and feature requests to improve the product.
  • Follow SOPs and take on special projects as assigned by Support Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Phone Support Agent, including 2+ years in technical or product support
  • Remote experience preferred but not required
  • Warm, friendly tone and ability to build trust with users
  • Empathetic and able to resolve user concerns
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Experience with help desk software and remote tools (Intercom, Slack, Notion)
