  • Respond promptly to inbound user inquiries via phone.
  • Use screensharing as needed to assist users.
  • Identify user needs, guide through features, and tailor solutions for campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot issues by testing scenarios and escalate when needed.
  • Collect and document user feedback and feature requests to improve the product.
  • Adhere to SOPs and support leadership's guidance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Phone Support Agent, incl 2+ years in technical/product support
  • Remote experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to establish trust and resolve customer concerns
  • Empathetic and able to understand user issues
  • Experience using help desk software and remote tools (Intercom, Slack, Notion, Talkdesk)
