📋 Description

  • Fully remote, full-time role; 40 hrs/week; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM AEST; Sun–Thu.
  • First-line support for Circle customers; respond to inquiries.
  • Onboarding ramp and hands-on support for Circle Plus.
  • Become an expert on Circle product and admin tools.
  • Advise creators on practical solutions as they launch.
  • Troubleshoot across desktop, mobile apps; escalate feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong alignment with Circle values.
  • Proficient in English (CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5).
  • 3+ years in technical SaaS support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to influence product development and roadmap.
  • Skilled at fast-paced technical workflows.
