- Advise creators on practical solutions as they launch.
- Troubleshoot across desktop, mobile apps; escalate feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong alignment with Circle values.
- Proficient in English (CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5).
- 3+ years in technical SaaS support.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to influence product development and roadmap.
- Skilled at fast-paced technical workflows.
