  • HND/B.Sc. degree is required.
  • Experience in customer support, especially in correspondent banking space.
  • 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Compliance knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail.
