  • Lead RCA cycles to improve the Support knowledge base.
  • Contribute to CSI cycles and Celonis Support initiatives.
  • Participate in 24x7 Support model.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • IT/CS/Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience as Technical Support Engineer handling complex issues.
  • Strong Linux/Unix knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Python, Java.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • AWS and/or Azure experience.
