  • Work with customers to troubleshoot highly technical issues
  • Take end-to-end ownership of cases: investigate, resolve, follow-up
  • Provide support via email, web, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with APAC/EMEA teams to support customers 24/7
  • Investigate incidents using Fivetran environment, connectors, logs, and tools
  • Document known issues and workarounds in the knowledge base

  • Strong customer advocacy with focus on quality outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems
  • Experience debugging REST and SOAP APIs and SQL databases
  • Comfortable reading Ruby or other languages and interpreting stack traces
  • Experience with SaaS REST APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads)
