๐ฏ Requirements
- Strong customer advocacy with focus on quality outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems
- Experience debugging REST and SOAP APIs and SQL databases
- Comfortable reading Ruby or other languages and interpreting stack traces
- Experience with SaaS REST APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads)
