  • Troubleshoot and resolve highly technical customer issues

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong customer advocacy mindset with focus on high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems
  • Experience debugging REST and SOAP APIs and SQL databases
  • Comfortable reading Ruby or other languages and interpreting stack traces
  • Experience with SaaS REST APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads)
