🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer advocacy via email and calls
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
  • Troubleshooting APIs: requests, responses, errors
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP) and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience with data warehouses: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
